Monlau FP announces a new alliance in Automotive Vocational Training with NAPA
A world-leading brand in spare parts with nearly 100 years of experience and a presence in over 13 countries. This strengthens the connection between our vocational training programs and the reality of the automotive sector.
Thanks to this alliance, our students will have access to top-level technical resources, the latest market trends, and direct contact with leading companies like NAPA. In this way, we keep our vocational training aligned with the real demands of the industry.

Furthermore, the agreement promotes new opportunities for company internships, dual vocational training projects, and applied learning. As a result, we reinforce our commitment to student employability and professional development.
Participating in the signing of the agreement were Daniel Tejada (Regional Director) and Conso Alarcón (HRBP Regional – Talent & Development Specialist) from NAPA in Spain.
Representing Monlau were our General Director Iban Ventura, Automotive Director Carlos Salazar, and External Relations Director Montse Barrera.
