In the building at 35 Caracas Street (Barcelona), we offer all Automotive training programmes: intermediate vocational qualifications, advanced vocational qualifications, and specialisation courses. Other non-regulated training courses are also delivered here, such as SOC courses. Every day, more than 1,600 students study at this Vocational Training centre, in morning and afternoon sessions, in facilities designed specifically to learn in a technical and professional environment.
Monlau is the automotive aftersales training centre with the highest number of students in all of Europe. This track record has enabled us to establish ourselves as a benchmark in the sector, both in terms of student numbers and our ongoing links with workshops, dealerships, and companies in the automotive field.

A real professional environment
We have more than 40 years of history and are committed to excellence in Vocational Training. In total, more than 85,000 people have trained at our facilities. Many of them now work in leading companies in the sector, holding key positions in technical, aftersales, and management areas.
Our facilities stand out for having 15 workshops spread across more than 7,000 m², enabling us to provide 1 vehicle for every 4 students, ensuring continuous and realistic hands-on practice. In addition, a comprehensive refurbishment of the classrooms has recently been carried out, with completely renewed furniture and classrooms and workshops featuring the naming and branding of sponsoring companies, bringing the classroom closer to today’s professional environment. At Monlau, we prepare the professionals of the future by applying the “learning by doing” methodology, with a highly practical approach very similar to the real working environment. Students learn by working on vehicles, equipment, and situations they will encounter in their day-to-day professional life, developing both technical skills and transversal skills highly valued by companies.
