The 5th Automotive Conference solidifies its position as a meeting point for education and industry: 1.200 attendees, 15% more projects, and new companies

5th Automotive Conference 2026

The 5th Automotive Conference, organized by Monlau FP and the Monlau Foundation, has once again become a benchmark event for the sector, bringing together over 1.200 attendees, including students, families, professionals, and companies, in a day marked by innovation, young talent, and connection with the professional world.

The event was held at the facilities of Nürburgreen Indoor, the electric karting track promoted by Marc and Edgar, former Monlau students, a venue that once again hosted this initiative connecting Vocational Training with the reality of the automotive sector.

Participating companies included Moventia, QUADIS, M Automoción, Lever Touch, Autel Equipataller, Caetano Barcelona, ITT (International Trucks & Tractors), and NAPA, all of whom contributed to enriching the event and bringing students closer to the professional reality of the automotive industry.

15% More Projects: An Edition Marked by Growth

The 5th edition of the Automotive Conference has experienced significant growth compared to the previous year, consolidating a model that continues to attract the interest of companies, professionals, and future specialized technicians.

Among the most notable data from this edition is the increase of over 15% in the number of projects presented by students, as well as the incorporation of new exhibiting companies such as ITT (International Trucks & Tractors) and NAPA.

These additions have expanded networking, collaboration, and talent acquisition opportunities, strengthening the link between the educational sphere and the business sector.

Business participation was once again one of the main pillars of the conference, reinforcing the objective of bringing the educational environment closer to the real needs of a constantly evolving sector.

Students, the Stars of the Conference

Students from Intermediate and Advanced Vocational Training in Automotive were the main protagonists of the event, presenting innovative projects such as Monlau Tech, developed during their training, and showcasing their technical knowledge to professionals and company representatives from the sector.

Through these presentations, students had the opportunity to share their work, explain the processes developed, and demonstrate the skills acquired during their training period.

This experience represents a significant step towards the professional environment and allows students to gain visibility for their talent in a real and highly specialized context.

Education and Business: An Increasingly Strong Connection

One of the main objectives of the Automotive Conference is to create meeting spaces between students and companies.

During the conference, numerous professional contacts, interviews, and collaboration opportunities were generated, reinforcing student employability and facilitating their entry into the job market.

This direct connection between education and business is one of the differentiating elements of Monlau FP‘s educational model, which is committed to practical, up-to-date training aligned with industry needs.

A Commitment to the Future of the Sector

The 5th Automotive Conference reaffirms the commitment of Monlau FP and the Monlau Foundation to quality Vocational Training, capable of fostering young talent and responding to the present and future challenges of the automotive sector.

The growth of this edition confirms the consolidation of an event that, year after year, continues to strengthen the relationship between students, companies, and institutions, generating new opportunities for learning, professional development, and innovation.

From Monlau FP and the Monlau Foundation, we would like to thank all the individuals, companies, and collaborators who made this 5th edition possible.
