Quality Policy

C.E. Monlau has implemented a Quality Management System within the framework of ISO 9001:2015, with the aim of ensuring the satisfaction of students, parents, and external collaborators, the awareness and motivation of the center’s staff, and the appropriate academic and personal training of its students.

To effectively achieve and maintain this objective, C.E. Monlau:

  • Has established and ensures internal communication channels that allow for the transmission of QMS information, and encourages suggestions and improvements from the center’s staff.
  • Provides the necessary training so that all staff members feel involved in the Quality Management System and can appreciate its benefits in improving their job performance.
  • Complies with applicable legal requirements, current regulations, and rules.
  • Attaches great importance to the acquisition of cognitive, planning, management, and self-regulation skills for both students and staff.
  • Emphasizes and promotes the intellectual and human development of students in all areas, as a primary need and expectation for their future integration into the professional world.
  • Evaluates and monitors student and family satisfaction, responding immediately to their suggestions and complaints.
  • Continuously and systematically evaluates the organization to improve process quality.
  • Is sensitive to all continuous social and technological changes, adapting its structures and making them flexible to optimize the changing pace of our society. In this regard, it actively engages in the learning and application of ICT among both staff and students, utilizing the web, intranet, and new methodological resources that these strategies enable.
  • Believes in, fosters, and stimulates innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives among students during and after their academic training, creating a space for consultation and advice for business initiatives selected from final-stage projects of higher-level vocational training cycles.
  • Attaches great importance to the continuous incorporation of methodological changes occurring in the field of education. It promotes experimentation and methodological innovation to adapt teaching practices to new approaches in teaching and learning in light of new knowledge about brain function and cognition.
  • Develops, implements, evaluates, and reviews a strategic plan, over three academic years, focused on the continuous improvement of teaching practice and organization, whose strategic pillars are:
