Esa es la labor que se hace desde Monlau, ense\u00f1ando a que nuestros alumnos adapten sus habilidades a lo que demanda el mercado. En el <strong>primer curso<\/strong> se imparten asignaturas como <strong>Marketing Digital, Investigaci\u00f3n comercial, Ingl\u00e9s, Dise\u00f1o y publicidad de materiales de comunicaci\u00f3n\u2026 <\/strong>\u00a0Y se estudia por la ma\u00f1ana.<\/p>\n<p>Mientras que en el <strong>segundo curso<\/strong> \u00a0trabajan Gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica y financiera de la empresa, lanzamiento de productos y servicios, medios de comunicaci\u00f3n, relaciones p\u00fablicas y organizaci\u00f3n de eventos entre otras y se estudia por la tarde. <strong>La ventaja de este ciclo de grado superior es que <\/strong>se trata de un ciclo con un claro enfoque en la adquisici\u00f3n de conocimientos y competencias pr\u00e1cticas donde se<strong> trabaja por proyectos y la mayor parte del tiempo en equipo. <\/strong>De esta manera aprenden a tener un alto nivel de adaptabilidad a la hora de trabajar con personas de todo tipo.
