Quality Policy

C.E. Monlau has implemented a Quality Management System within the framework of ISO 9001:2015, with the objective of ensuring the satisfaction of students, parents, and external collaborators, the awareness and motivation of the center’s staff, and the appropriate academic and personal education of its students.

To effectively achieve and maintain this objective, C.E. Monlau:

  • Has established and ensures internal communication channels that allow the transmission of information about the QMS and encourages the contribution of suggestions and improvements by the center’s staff.
  • Provides the necessary training so that all center staff feel involved in the Quality Management System and can appreciate its benefits in improving their workplace.
  • Complies with applicable legal requirements, current regulations, and standards.
  • Attaches great importance to the acquisition of cognitive skills, planning, direction, and regulation of one’s own activity in both students and staff.
  • Emphasizes and promotes the intellectual and human education of students in all areas, as the main need and expectation for their future entry into the workforce.
  • Evaluates and monitors student and family satisfaction, providing immediate responses to their suggestions and complaints.
  • Continuously and systematically evaluates the organization to improve the quality of processes.
  • Is responsive to all social and technological changes that occur continuously, adapting its structures and making them flexible to optimize the changing pace of our society. In this regard, it actively engages in the learning and application of ICT among both staff and students, using the web, intranet, and new methodological resources that these strategies enable.
  • Believes in, promotes, and stimulates innovation and entrepreneurial initiatives among the center’s students during and after their academic training, creating a space for consultation and advice on business initiatives selected from the final projects of higher-level vocational training cycles.
  • Attaches great importance to the continuous incorporation of methodological changes that occur in the field of education. Encourages experimentation and methodological innovation to adapt teaching practice to new approaches in teaching and learning in light of new knowledge about brain function and cognition.
  • Develops, implements, evaluates, and reviews a strategic plan over three academic years, focused on the continuous improvement of teaching practice and organization, whose strategic pillars are:
  • Consolidation of a proprietary pedagogical model
  • Student growth and synergies with the education sector
  • Alignment of management processes
  • Leading and collaborative community
